director disclosure and material announcements

Hi all

I remember there was a period time between when a director/ executive disclosed recent share dealings (or even bought/ sold) and the subsequent release of material announcements by the company they are involved in.

Does anyone know the period of time or where i might find it as it applies to both the NZX and ASX.
