This used to be a big loser but not anymore.
Tell Mr or Mrs Hill we want a 7c special dividend next year.

Spheria expecting A$1.50-2.00 in the next 12 months, with EBIT around $60m a year. Should be another 10+% dividend stock at this price.

Nice bump up today, currently at $0.69. Seems to have finally cracked the $0.65 ceiling. Next stop $0.75?

Meanwhile the further deferred already deferred 1.5 cps Div declared 12 March 2020 remains unpaid
as an interest free shareholder loan to this outfit until 30 Sep 2021

Absolutely no reason why MHJ can't front up with what they should have paid out long before now
given trading must have picked up out of sight now

Far more credible retailing stocks elsewhere, who don't resort to the 'defer defer then ignore' tactics IMO

No.I am basically out of the market at present.
Still working on the daughter's housing.
Also worries me that every time I walk past their store, at either Northlands or Riccarton they do not have any customers.

My Daughter-in-law works at jewellery store in Canterbury and since covid lockdown they have been busy and at the present time they are doing the best in years, some expensive purchases happening even top range.
