They going to do nz$42m profit which is a p/e of 8.50 at nz$0.92.
8cent divvy will give a 9% yield.

Have added more few weeks back to my bigger holdings from last year. Looking forward to juicier payout in a months time when they announce FY results.

Haven't studied it yet but how could they possibly generate $70m cash in 12 months. (going from net cash of zero in June'20 to $70m in June'21)

They generated over $90m in first half of year

Cash at December was about $90m …so used some of this up in second half

If the H121 free cash flow of $90m is any indication of things going forward then it is really transformational - compared to the past

Even if there were some 'timing differences' and the full year is closer to $70m than $90m its the best position they have been in for years, maybe ever

If things have really changed for the good you'd expect dividends of around 18 cents
