In an October 2 decision, Lord Justice Christopher Nugee said it was "demonstrated how blatantly Mr Watson lied to the Court of Appeal" about the state of his assets.

Watson's formal witness statement to the Court of Appeal displayed his "willingness to tell outright lies if he thinks they will remain undetected".

"It is one of the clearest examples of why I regard him as a witness whose evidence is almost worthless."

The judge is certainly not holding back on his scathingly damning comments in his judgement against one Eric ‘Flying Pigs’ Watson.

Hart was also a panel beater and seems to have stayed down to earth.
Watson was also a butchers apprentice and seems to think he is someone very special.

From the (free) Business Desk email this morning:

Jail “truly appalling” for Eric Watson, court told

Eric Watson’s lawyer told a London judge jail would be a “truly appalling experience” for the businessman, who was yesterday sentenced to a prison term for contempt of court.
Watson received a sentence of four months’ imprisonment after he breached court orders relating to his dispute with fellow New Zealand business big-foot Owen Glenn.

Well, it's not supposed to be a resort experience.
Best things for him - might wake him up a bit.

Yep, even has tatts on his arms from those days....no short sleaves for him. His father gave him a model tow truck for one of his birthdays with the signage on the side 'Lest we forget'....he won't be forgetting this stint for a while!

6 months jail reduced to 4 months for Scumbag Watson due to mitigating circumstance of him being infected with Covid-19.

But no prospect of appeal to avoid jail being successful according to sentencing judge.

Some solace for Hanoverís customers who lost hundreds of millions of dollars.

I see old SIRloins Ron has had his charges increased from 6 to 14.

Maybe he should get a room in Shane Jones' motel
