Default Buying on the close for ASX

Hi all, what is the method to buy the closing price on the ASX? Do you just submit a market order 10 minutes before closing or do you need to throw in a high-ish limit order 5 minutes before close and hope it gets filled in the marching off phase??

    Nicely worded AMR

Are you planning to paint some charts?

Both the NZX & ASX have matching up periods during the last 15 minutes of trading, where only limit orders are processed. (i think?)

This was designed to stop the chart painting with low/high offers that differed from the daily VWAP, & artificially manipulating the closing price.

I'm sure this has been discussed on other threads in the past
