Best to wait for sales to start increasing. Sure you are probably buying at 60cents instead of 40cents but it will at least remove a lot of the risk.

60cents to $1 with low risk is better than 40cents to $1 with high risk

Agree. I think Rip Curl underwrites something like 89% of the current enterprise value and the risk-reward is quite attractive already. The second derivative (the change in the year-on-year sales decline) is now going in the right direction for the problem Kathmandu segment too.
