Another positive acquisition.
This time they do not look to have paid too much.

I have just emailed Andrew Just telling him my entitlement paperwork has not arrived,and pointed out it was a continuing bad story for PGC's NZ shareholders,and perhaps he could have a word with chairman Shane Tanner,as ZNT,of which Tanner is also chairman,gave us plenty of time,which meant I subscribed for ZNT,but not PGC..

ps.I did email Andrew Just when the capital raise was announced pointing out NZ shareholders seldom received the paperwork before issues closed.

I have had this issue too. Now I contact the registry (phone if timetable is brief) and they emailed me thru the form, then I BPAY it. Took about 5 mins on the phone, and a few minutes after I hung up, the form arrived. I did this for PGC, and got in on time. My forms arrived in the snail mail on Friday.

reckon I caught a falling knife on this one. TA looked like it was in a holding pattern around 78-80 mark, but under 70 cents we go..... keep the faith though. turnaround coming soon I think eh Percy!

I posted earlier I would not participate in their capital raise.
I will get a few more shares with DRP.
I am sitting on my holding in the meantime.
Will wait for the full year's result in August before deciding what to do .
I would hope by then we are seeing the acquisitions being eps accretive.

I am just going though all the previous announcements, does anyone know how many shares there are after the 7 or 9 Acquisitions? Is the 273m shares after 7 acquisitions or 9?

According to PGC's appendix 3B 11/4/2018, after DRP there are 273,047,930 shares on issue.

That’s all I could find as well, that would see quite a large eps growth, at least 33% I must be missing something.
