Joined you this morning there Percy @ $1.06. The chart still has a bit of work to do as there is still some overhead to get through so I'll have to be patient (like TRA)

Was last in MVN in 2015-16 from $1.11 to $1.33 plus a couple of Div's, so let's see if it can repeat.

Lets hope so.
I have never owned MVN.
Always thought they were a serial under performer,but this result proved otherwise.
Positive outlook with increased divie too.

I bought a few a couple of weeks ago at $1.03 (with so much negativity I had to!). Perhaps I should have bought more......

Yes still concerned.
Hopefully the first one fails.
Should it turn out successfully. my concerns will increase,as it will lead to a big disaster eventually.

My understanding is that the retail shops planned in China do not carry the risk of a traditional roll out of retail shops.
MVN has a partner in China, this partner takes the responsibility of the real estate, MVN responsibility only goes as far as stocking it with their products.
So no commitment for leases or even rent. Not a common business model I am aware of.

I have lost all credibility with myself.
Do not know whether I have dementia, or just had a demented turn?
I think the Pope is OK,but after visiting Ireland, anything could be possible.
