They have an alliance with GXY, which will help them with the lithium project, only ~40m shares on issue & a market cap of ~$5m (nearly $3m cash last qtr)
Still very much in exploration mode, & i would envisage GXY taking them out at some stage

Shasta, I remember you were big on ADY (ha, weren't we all!). Its implosion was a good lesson, and should be a textbook example about shoddy company leadership for share market novices. While ADY was all hype and lies, ORE got quietly on with business and look where their holders are today.
Anyway, I was wondering out of pure curiosity if you know what happened to ADY's lithium assets? Did the MD (was his name Phil Thomas?) end up with whoever bought the rights to their permits (which would be outrageous)?
What a sad story ADY was....

Yeah a $US45b resource sold for ~15m odd to cover a debt issue, i dont remember it being to a related party though, from memory could have been the people behind QGC & VPE.
Whoever it was got a bargin, & ADY were foolish to get into the position in the first place (I mean sueing your JV partner, WTF?)
