New Format

New Look has a fresh feel to it. However, the light blue heads in the threads are too hard to read easily if you are wanting to quickly skim down the list looking for tickers etc. that you are interested in. Searching a forum for ticker codes isn't working yet, but I guess you know that.

Nice fresh look - well done, but have to agree with Novitlate re the headings.

Aslo note (or is it just me) that the last page icons are not all working - seems mainly where there is an attchment icon, anything after it does not work.
I know you can go to the last post by clicking on the little arrow by the thread tittle

And how do we get to 'tody's posts' which was a useful feature of the last format?

We use the same V-Bulletin site at work, and upgraded recently, used a consultant to do it. It wasn't easy for him, still not quite right, especially the location of the signup area.
I still think the overall look is a bit pasty and washed out, a bit hard on the eyes. It's the current trend I know. Why have full colour when it can be faded? so much more sophisticated..

Glad to see the old icons are back on the RHS

Yes, I'm probably an old f..t, I'm sure I'll get the hang of the new look. Bit like Trademe I suppose.

Just three comments from me:

1. Light blue font is a bit hard to read when wanting to do a quick skim though the latest posts.

2. I'd like to see greater constrast in the colour between read and unread posts.

3. Also like to see the page numbers, e.g. 123...9 (last) a bit bolder. I keep hitting the thread name instead of the last page..
