For the week Connexionz gained 1 cent and King Country Energy closed up 1% at $3.55. Rural Equities lost 1 cent, Silver Fern Farms closed at 80 cents, down 6%, and Terra Vitae lost 2.5 cents to close at 22.5 cents. The aggregate market cap closed down $5m at $738m.

In trading on Unlisted for the week ending Friday 1 June there were 13 trades (16 last week) totalling 57k shares worth $99k in the aggregate. For the week Blue Sky Meats gained 5 cents closing at $1.50 and King Country Energy fell 5% to $3.60. During the week King Country Energy shareholders approved the acquisition of Todd Energy’s 50% share in the Mangahao Power Station for $70 million. Settlement of the transaction took place today including the issuance of 7.63 million new KCE shares at $4.75 per share to Todd Energy.The aggregate market cap closed down $3m at $729m excluding the new KCE shares.

This week VINZ announced their AGM is to be held on 19 July, CNX announced a preliminary unaudited full year loss of $221k, and KCE announced a fully audited profit after tax of $5.3 million.
