Season's Greetings, it has been three weeks since the last weekly update so this one will cover all activity on Unlisted from Christmas day up to Wednesday 15 January. During the past three weeks there has been 27 trades (7 in the week ending 25/01/13) totalling 580k shares worth $338k. In this period Connexionz jumped 8%, while Rural Equities fell 5%, Rangatira dropped 2% and Dorchester Property dropped 4%. Announcements over the holiday season included Silver Fern Farms launching a china retail range, and Hellers, of which Rangatira owns a 50% stake, has agreed to purchase the Goodman Felder's meat business. In trading on Unlisted for the week ending Wednesday 22 January there has been 10 trades (27 over the three weeks post Christmas) totalling 92k shares worth $70k. During the week ProTen, Dorchester Property and Rural Equities made gains of 17%, 3% and 2% respectively. In a quiet week for announcements there were no new postings. The aggregate market cap increased by $10m to close at $995m.

In trading on Unlisted for the week ending Wednesday 29 January there has been 22 trades (10 last week) totalling 647k shares worth $318k. During the week, three stocks rose - Dorchester by 11%, Skyline 8% and King Country Energy 3%. Three stocks fell with PharmaZen leading with a fall of 14%, ProTen losing 4% and Rural Equities dropping 1%. It was another quiet week for announcements with no new postings. The aggregate market cap increased by $24m to close at $1,019m with much of the rise attributable to Skyline.

During the week, three stocks rose - ProTen by 4.5%, Fronde 4% and Rural Equities by 1%. Two stocks fell with King Country Energy dropping 12.5%, and Skyline losing 5%. Announcements for the week included Synlait Farms posting an update on the takeover offer being approved by the Overseas Investment Office, and an announcement was posted for Martinborough Vineyards detailing the proposed acquisition of the business by Foley Family Wines. The aggregate market cap dropped by $26m to close at $994m with the fall attributable to the movement in Skyline and King Country Energy.

During the week Fronde was the only stock to rise, jumping 18% to finish at $3.30. Two stocks fell with Silver Fern Farms dropping 5%, and Dorechester Property losing 2%. A quiet week on the announcements board saw only one posting with Rangatira announcing its half year result to September 2013. The aggregate market cap increased by $1m to close at $995m.

During the week Terra Vitae fell 10% to 36 cents and Dorchester Property and Rural Equities each lost 1%. During the week Silver Fern hosted a large Chinese delegation, Connexionz achieved further success in Calfornia and Synlait Farms announced an extension of the takeover condition date. The aggregate market cap fell $4m to $991m.

In trading on Unlisted for the week ending Wednesday 5 March there has been 13 trades (11 last week) totalling 114k shares worth $60k. During the week, Terra Vitae recovered 11% from last weeks drop, King Country Energy increased 3% and Dorchester Property had a small gain of half a percentage point. On the announcements page Silver Fern Farms announced a new age of beef with its premium retail beef range, Rangatira posted a notice to shareholders detailing the retirement of the current CEO Ian Frame, and Southern Travel posted its six monthly review of results to shareholders showing the business had been profitable and performed in line with expectations. Lastly, Synlait Farms announced the last condition to its takeover offer has been satisfied and that the takeover offer is unconditional as of 4 March 2014. The aggregate market cap increased $4m to $995m. Please note Synlait Farms has been put into a trading halt due to its recent announcement and has dropped out of the accompanying chart and table.

During the week, Skyline rose 5% to $10.50, Rural Equities gained 10 cents to $4.35 and Silver Fern Farms fell 2 cents to 36 cents. There were no announcements made this week.
