In trading on Unlisted for the week ending Wednesday 16 December 2015 there were 7 trades (12 in the week prior) totalling 55k shares worth $84k. During the week Terra Vitae gained 9% to close at 35 cents and Skyline gained 8% to close at $15.00. There were a number of announcements during the week with King Country Energy posting notices relating to progress on the takeover bid and a change of balance date. Silver Fern Farms announced the Director Election result, Fronde posted its Interim report and Terra Vitae posted a Vineyard Management and Grape Purchase Agreement update. From 1 December 2015 the Unlisted market is operating as a Prescribed Exempt Market under an exemption from licensing requirements of subpart 7 or Part 5 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
