Looks like Colina now extends 500m west !!!! so we could be looking at 1km to 1km ... and they have more targets to the west so we could see the Lithium discovery to be even larger>>great news as LRS permit has more room to the west but is limited to the east

13.5c open .... could have loaded up only couple months ago for 6c-7c ... wish I added more

Not to mention what may have been in any deeper drill holes.
It sure looks like additional lens' sit deeper along dip under these recent drillholes.

BUY more and HOLD tight IMHO ... LRS only warming up ... go look at their neighbours "Sigma Lithium" A$3Bill ... LRS could well have the same tonnages with more explorations to date it's looking impressive .. even just half the size got to be worth much more than cap >>> then you have CLOUD9 ? Peru Copper ,Aus Gold Projects,SLM S/H, largest hard rock spodumene landholding in Argentina, totalling over 70,000 hectares....

The Catamarca Project contains numerous swarms of spodumene pegmatites that have not been fully explored.

    form recent ann>>

Latin has held preliminary discussions with several international car and battery manufacturers as well
as leading lithium trading houses with respect to future supply of its lithium product. Latin has now
taken the approach to fast track the feasibility studies to then hopefully secure offtake agreements
    with suitable customers.

POSITIVE TEST WORK CONFIRMS 78.72% RECOVERY
    WITH HIGH-GRADE 6.57% Li2O CONCENTRATE
    FROM SALINAS LITHIUM PROJECT
    HIGHLIGHTS
    • Extremely positive first pass sighter metallurgical test work results on the Colina lithium
    pegmatite sample:
    ○ high recovery of 78.72% of Li2O; and
    ○ production of an extremely high-grade Li2O concentrate (up to 6.57%) from simple
    Heavy Liquid Separation (HLS).
    • The uncomplicated liberation and high recovery rate of the Colina spodumene, at a
relatively coarse crush has potential to drive tremendous positive outcomes for project
economics, as a result of potentially eliminating the need for a complex and costly floatation
processing to achieve a very high-quality concentrate.
    • The very high Li2O recovery rates from simple HLS, may have significant implication for both
the initial project capital requirements, and ongoing operational processing costs.
    • Selection and collection of a larger +500kg sample to be completed, with test work to be
undertaken at SGS Lakefield Canada as part of the PEA study.

Latin Resources’ Executive Director, Chris Gale, commented:
“These are extremely promising first pass results from our sighter metallurgical test work program.
We are seeing lithium recovery rates and concentrate grades from simple HLS processing that are well
above industry standards. This points to strong potential for production of a premium Li product and
therefore premium pricing for our product.
“While it is still early days, and more test work needs to be completed, the apparent ease of liberation
of our spodumene producing such a high lithium concentrate may have significant positive implications
for our Salinas Project. This may well mean we will not require the more complex and costly floatation
processing to achieve a very high-quality concentrate.
“We will be undertaking additional sighter test work in the coming weeks to further explore the optimal
crush size, and additional HLS cut points in order to optimise the larger test work flowsheet for the
planned detailed PEA program that is planned to be completed by SGS in the first quarter next year”.

Latin Resources’ rapidly advancing battery metal operations in Brazil has prompted the explorer to beef up its boardroom expertise with the appointment of industry veteran and lithium specialist Peter Oliver as Non-Executive Director.

Oliver was previously Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Talison Lithium – the company behind the revered Greenbushes mine in WA –the world’s largest hard-rock lithium project.

no doubt JBM will be doing backflips again today...nice pick JB and your insight has pulled a few of us into LRS I'm sure.
    cheers
