thanks
ASX is definitely wrong, quick look through StocknessMonster during 2011, ARV had a rights issues at 0.055/5.5c,

I bought heaps of these at 8.7 cents ave holding about two and three weeks ago. What a winner it has been.[Might make up for some losers].
Got any idea what the trading halt is about. Can not be a rights issue as that makes the price fall. Any chance it is a takeover offer. This is my guess as the gold they discovered was somewhat unexpected. I bought in for cobalt and lithium, the gold as a suprise and not part of the calculations.

Novo JV agreement, ARV to also receive 4m Novo shares worth around $A21.8m. Novo paying $2m over 2 years to earn 50%.
I bought in at 7.5c and sold half holding at 18.5c.

skip to about 40 min in. All the rest of the feed was a guy from another company talking in a very mundane tone about an un related mine.
It's from the Denver gold conference.
