Jee whatsup,I was rather hoping you would be able to tell me which is which,!??? Possibily even what is wot.!???? I was sort of thinking if I owned $70mil of agricultural assets,I doubt that I would take shares from a company with a market cap of $1mil.However as I am well short of the $70mil worth of assets I am not really in the position to comment.!!!!!{nor likely to be ever in that position}
I note that Joseph van Wijk is a director and major shareholder and Chairman is Graeme Jackson. Given they have failed to deliver much in the way of the promised backdoor listings to investors in Tasman Capital, it seems ironic that they may have pulled off a far more significant one here.
However, it is difficult to understand why anyone would be buying the shares at 0.2cps rather than waiting for the 1000:1 consolidation. It would seem likely that shares will be available at considerably less than the equivalent $2 (given the vast majority of shares in the company will then be issued at $1).
