The list is very long.
Think fruit,vegetables,seafood,meat etc.
The issue seems to be the processors can not be bothered to collect/save their waste.
That is often because of lack of staff [particularly in meatworks],and waste being of no value.
PAZ using the waste will save those companies/industries costs disposing of their waste.
It is getting them used to saving their waste.
It is a bit like people getting used to using their council provided recycling bins.
ps.I too am disappointed we have not had a recent update from PAZ.
