Excellant question, and it beggars belief. They could have raised money from a cornerstone investor at higher than market trading price. Even WYN was able to do this some months back at quite a premium . I would say internal or external advisors giving shoddy capital raising strategy VML or the advisors are also the same people swinging the purse strings and saying this is how its gonna be. I have a previous rant on just this topic.

Hi, I notice there was a big trading at 17:00pm. Anybody knows it was buying or selling side?

Asb show a sub 20K trade then? Hardly 'big' and I'd just be the end of day 'adjust'? Or am I missing something?

Revenue higher than PEB but valued at 6 times less?? Nice result.
Looks like something is going on with ACMR would be good to know what this is. $4.8M in Sep 15 now $5.4 March 16....

Looks like bugger all growth in the 2nd 6 month period. Or did they loose a client??
I wonder if they are still thinking $10m ACMR by September??
