For me, there are two reasons:
1. I don't really trust management to be upfront about what's going on. What is the point of making all these announcements without any useful details other than to pump up the share price?
2. We have no idea about the financial impact of any of these deals. They appear to be significant deals but we've got no way of knowing until financial reports are made available. They could just be hot air.
I'm still wary after the share price was pumped up immediately following the capital raise in December (I think). This may or may not have been intentional.
Trust needs to be earned and that takes time and results.

Well everything will be fine as long as the share price can hold until the asx listing.
What I don't understand is why raise the capital they need to keep running in small inefficient amounts.
Why not just go to the market and raise enough for the next 3 years?
At the moment they seem to only raise amount to keep them going for a few months at a time
From the $377K they raised through the SPP - how much of that went on legal advice and fees?

Because everything they are announcing is hot air.
They still need to turn all of this into actual revenue.

As you are a proponent of SNK, it occurs to me that SNK have trumpeted their "awards" in the past and you are chuffed with SNK revenue.
Do awards lead to increased revenue?

How can we forget SNK winning the best for workers B Corp award?

B Corp, set up by Derek Handley as another whimsical not for profit venture. And what a surprise, he's giving awards to his own interests.
VML comes out on top over SNK again...

I don't agree that everything they're announcing is hot air, far from it, but I do agree that they need to quantify it into financial and equity results. We investors don't want to wait until June 2016 for the FY16 results.
As to other questions re the SP maybe you should be trying to figure out who the seller is that appears everyday at .37 recently, and whether they are also the buyer at.34/.35.
VML is captive to low volumes / illiquidity with some bigger money making their moves. Imho.
I'm happy to have this opportunity to accumulate as I've said countless times before. And for the inquisitive I still haven't sold a single share.

That is probably the point of the ASX listing, in my view.
Liquidity is much, much higher on the ASX (5th largest in the world, I hear) - a lot more opportunity to capitalise for a long time to come.

THat maybe true for the large caps but for small caps. I am pretty sure SUM went a year without a trade on the ASX (exaggeration but you get the point).

I disagree.
See MJP.ASX (undersubscribed listing, went up 1000%) and PYL.ASX (miniature cap-raise IPO, went up 300%) and AZK.ASX (restructured from mining into CPU manufactuer, went up 2000%).
Maybe SUM is the odd one out.
