If you tried to buy over a million shares on market I think you would seriously effect the share price so it is probably a Good way of getting a large holding

Festive season here, suppose everybody already left the office for the year
Some were expecting an update on how ACMR was going by now.
Is no news bad news?
Wasn't it going to be $10m by now?

That's right, expecting ACMR update vs guidance of $10m by end Dec, that's next Friday 30th at the latest, four trading days left and the Friday is abbreviated hours, as is today.

Now that we know the growth strategy for PLX is proving more difficult for them than planned, managing costs is the only thing I would be watching. ACMR will be what it is.
Any growth in revenue is usually matched in a growth in costs with these guys. But the costs are the difference between these guys actually existing and a forced fire sale. Right now they are close to living pay-cheque to pay-cheque. They are a looooong way from standing on their own 2 feet.
I predict 2017 will be make or break for them.

Doubt we will hear anything until mid Jan at the earliest now - won't they all be taking a well deserved break
And probably want to avoid reporting 'contracted' ACMR and need to wait until the cash flows start on new contracts before coming up with a number.
Been no news of new business for a couple of months now.

Hope nothing sinister about resignation of Director Carden
Another Director Cook will be hoping that this will be a better year for 2 of his jobs - Plexure and Veritas. Must be a bit disheartening going to those Board Meetings

Goodness gracious me - up from 19 cents to. 31 cents in a couple of days
That ACMR must e over $10m - announcement next week?
Improved my position on stocktastic this year - but would have been better if it had happened after Jan 8th

Ah so - another McDonald's contract
$1.1m of ACMR
I see they use the words 'contracted ACMR' - save the confusion between real ACMR which stsrtsvto count when the cash starts flowing
