The SPP offer opens on 13 November 2020 and the Offer Document and Application Form in respect of the SPP offer will be sent to eligible shareholders on that date as well as being available at www.shareoffer.co.nz/plexure from that date.

If they need just 100 shareholders applying for the max $50k to raise the $5mil,there is going to be some serious scaling back.I will apply for the max,but my guess would be that we might recieve just 10%,any other guesstimates out there?

Well maybe we’ll be able to buy them on the market around $1.20 anyway as I’m expecting some selling off after the halt -

The fairest way would be a rights issue with the option to oversubscribe by 3x so it's clear what people's entitlement is. I'm tired of having to throw $50K at SPP offerings and having it sit in someone else's bank for a couple of weeks while the registrar plays with their abacus.
