Looking at the depth on ASB - which I am never really that sure about and even more so as we are in a halt. Can someone please give there view on this?

Is it worth looking at now or not relevant at all?

Market depth is irrelevant right now

Things will change quickly depending on how fast the Australian offer gets filled and whether it is fully subscribed.
I'm surprised it hasn't already been filled. I have participated in private placements that were filled in a couple of hours. Given the lead time for this the underwriters should have had clients ready to go

Thanks Tango - I thought so.

How likely do think the Australian offer gets filled?

It would be great if they announced a new customer about now as well.

Could this mean they are struggling to find support?

That's my suspicion but it could be unfounded.
I would have expected this to be filled on Wednesday. I have tried to get in on similar offers with my broker and been too late or been massively scaled back. I only got a third of the IFT offer when they did a private placement.

    Thanks for the offer.
    - Progress on filling the private placement
    - Current prospects pipeline
    - Which industries they are targeting
    - Why no renounceable rights offer for NZ holders instead of this expensive free for all and having to throw $50K they keep for weeks (OK that's a bit aggressive but you get the gist, why is it being done like this)

Obviously IFT is a much bigger and better known and profitable company but they made a placement of $250 million on the same day. I literally had about 90 minutes to give my order to the broker and then later that day he let me know how many shares I got from our bid. It was scaled heavily. I got 1/3. I'm not sure if instos were subject to the same scaling as the retail part of the placement but by comparison the amount PLX are raising is a drop in the ocean

NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that, at the request of the company, it has
placed a trading halt on Plexure Group Limited ("PLX") ordinary shares. The
trading halt was placed pre-market open this morning.

The trading halt has been put in place while PLX undertakes the placement
    component of a capital raise.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of:

o An announcement by PLX on completion of the placement is released; or

o Market open on Friday, 13 November 2020.
