IMHO the problem is back to 2014 they sign contract with Mac was base on the country not the users , that’s why we see the users number increased hundred millions, but the revenue not increase too much same time, and Craig are trying to sign the new contracts base on user usage, that may bring more revenue coming in future.

I have to see any evidence that Plexure understand such a model - even going forward it appears as if the cost line will be just as steep as the sales line - and let's hope for evryone's sake the sales line goes up steeply

So far so good, we have the crocodile's mouth, just that the top line is costs and the bottom line sales. At least its the right shape though.
