Default Buy 1 PLX share and own more than most directors. :)

    Directors’ Equity Security Holdings
Details of director equity securities holdings as at 31 March 2020 are set out below:
    Name of Director Beneficially
    Associated
    Persons
    Phil Norman Shares 3,194,405.

The above is from the 2020 annual report. Phil Norman at the time was the only director owning shares in PX1.

Craig Herbison the CEO and director does not seem to have a share holding so one could assume that he does not think there is value yet at the present share price.

CFO and CEO ask the Marketing guy - what’s the ROI on this customer engagement stuff that results in sticky more profitable customers and presenting them with deeply personalized compelling offers etc etc etc

Marketing guy ..hmm, hmmm mutter mutter

CFO - so increased basket sizes, offer redemption rates and more followers etc etc don’t really make us any more money

Marketing guy - appears it doesn’t ..but but think of the intangible benefits etc etc

CFO / CEO in unison - forget these wizz bang things and gonandvdonsomevreal marketing

And at this point in the post - I went ya whaaat?

As I understand it - What Plexure is selling is the ability to dosomerealmarketing - to experiment with and change the mix at the level of the individual customer in what amounts to realtime, because analysis the results by algorithm is instantaneous. If realmarketing didn't work at the level of ROI nobody would do it. I can't see any way Plexure loses from a ROI point of view.

Or have I got it wrong?

Craig did not own any shares of plexus? That’s weird, how about shares under employee share option plan

The SP has taken quite a tumble over the past week or so. Must be getting close to a price where the market expects no new customers at all.
