"The transaction is also subject to Plexure undertaking a capital raising of up to A$20m prior to completion (and a shareholder vote in favour of such capital raising). Plexure is able to waive this capital raising condition at its discretion and the Plexure Board will decide (and announce) soon the most efficient way forward regarding any such capital raising, including the extent to which it is required."
Ifs and buts.
Brutal eh mate
“ At the top of every bubble, everyone is convinced it's not yet a bubble.”
Sad to see the company is going onto that kind of acquisition, even though the integration of both plarforms makes sense. It is equivalent to a back door listing for TASK. This explain why the former CEO left immediately.
That statement is misleading/false and lacks commercial sense. The CEO left for other reasons
Could this be a way to get more qualified IT staff? The chairman said they were difficult to get, plus expensive in current market. Maybe easier to get through acquisitions

It is probably a good way to spread the cost of supporting their clients rather than getting easier to acquire new talents.

The family reason was probably a sincere one for him to leave.
I guess it was not up to him to decide whether he would still be in his CEO seat in this deal anyway.

The family reason is garbage.
If you want a prime example, have a look at ATM when Jayne left for 'family' reasons.
