Ask me, Fonterra should have stayed in Hamilton closer to their suppliers. Becoming clear the whole structure has failed. Go back to a competitive processing industry and a co-operative Dairy Board. Still works well for kiwifruit.

Do you research on everything well documented IMHO.

How long until Fonterra gets broken up?? Serial underperformer, and the smaller/nimbler companies are running rings around them. Obviously any economy of scale is not working for them - and the perception is that it is a bloated beast. Beingmate is a disaster, just have this botulism issue being tidied up etc etc etc.

Need a few more ads with Richie in them......that will change public/investor opinion......

The press over the last couple of days appear to be apportioning blame for the recent results solely to the outgoing CEO. While no doubt he was a significant factor the new CEO and Chairman were very much part of the company's management and governance yet seem to be being portrayed and the fresh broom. I for one am not a believer.

Clearly the board must think FSF is doing just fine if they can send 200 staff off for a jolly in California: https://www.nzherald.co.nz/business/...ectid=12127827

Or maybe it's a one way trip ....

Don't understand why anyone would hold, on a number of levels......if wanted exposure to dairy, then why not go for best in class.....A2 or Synlait.
