    topped up yesterday morning at 1.42, plenty of value here. There will continue to be downward pressure from IR rises but over a longer period I expect good performance. I really like their conservative style and push with green buildings.

    WELL DONE that Investor...Yes might well see low 1.40's but the market will stop selling at some point in the next n years and then .....

    Since 19th March 2020 I've bought many parcels - with the lowest in the range being 84.5c and the highest $1.60. amazing how in that time of under 2 years it went from everyone saying "interest rates will be low for Ever" to "inflation's going to get out of hand and interest rates will rise rapidly", I'd say it will be somewhere in between those two extremes (aka I'm sitting on the fence and really have no idea)

    Exactly, there are always buying opportunities when fundamentals and emotions cross the wrong way.

    Really low 140's is awesome buying in my opinion.
