It will then be making 'fatty acid' for infant formula for 100m Chinese babies and be worth 100x of today's value. However, current shareholders won't see a dime, but hey, what's new...

Right through the backdooring process, the promoters and some of the directors (after issuing umpteen number of wildly bullish statements) sold many hundreds of millions of shares to make many millions of dollars.
