Its the speech were they clarified that commissioned doesn't mean commissioned and operational doesn't mean operational. In theory should be back up and running with the first trial run which will and I quote "Thisprocess will confirm that the refinery produces Omega-3 oil to the requisite quality whencommercial quantities are processed"

So all going well by end of month they may be able to actually claim it is in fact commissioned and operational.

Worth noting they do not believe this will have any impact on forecasts for YE surplus (EBITDA).......... prepared to bet that it will be one of the many excuses they provide when they miss target by a significant margin.
