Yeah I can only imagine how it worked out. "I've got inside goss!! Serko is doing a capital raise!! We didn't expect that. What is wrong? Sell, Sell, Sell." Then Trading Halt and the announcement. Schadenfreude is the best freude.

It is very telling imo that Serko does not see this as a material disclosure to be announced via the NZX.

Says to me that the directors and company are running the company for the big opportunities, rather than feeling & seeing the need to keep on making continuous announcements (like some companies we know - eg. PEB) to try and boost the sp.

2020 and beyond - exciting times and plenty of upside ahead!

Must admit I had a few panic calls from other shareholders last year when the sp 'mysteriously' fell out of bed.
