Traders have had a field day with this stock up to now - buying low and selling out when the sp went higher on positive announcements in the last 2 years.

Suspect it will behave more like Diligent from now on - the loose stock had been and will continue to be picked up by longer term players, including industry players.

The above is a very significant deal and imo, places Serko squarely on the acquisition radar of travel site players like Webjet and other players.

Only $67m market capitalisation with a head of steam of annuity income building up.

Looking more and more like Diligent everyday.

Almost back to IPO price so could meet resistance at this level but institutions without exposure could very well take the opportunity to buy stock.

I bought most of mine at IPO and at the CR at 76c but with a little averaging down this year showing now a nice 100% profit. Glad I didn't sell this when I had to scrape together money for a house deposit.
