Seems to be the normal state of affairs. SP drives up when someone wants in and then under low trading creeps back down.

Old investment rule ... never buy after the announcement of good news ;

Maybe it is just that ...

but obviously - it could be as well that market is reducing the bonus it is prepared to pay for future growth and a good story ... I guess nobody would pay more than $4 for Serko just based on its fundamentals - wouldn't they?

From a TA perspective v little to worry about long term. In the short term SP may revert to 90 day MA.

Crikey, just as well I've never heard of that rule before.... about the only time I do load up is immediately after good news and it's done me proud!! lol. Each to their own.

If you look at the price in Dec this year, today's price would be a bargain, its all about believing the long term story.

You get better bargains after the release of bad news ... but obviously only if you are quite certain that they are the last bad news for a while ....

Could well be that someone recycling funds from high P/E stocks into low P/E stocks with yield in play currently.
