A commentator on RNZ today said another factor in the Thomas Cook failure was "it's failure to adapt to a digital world where people do most of their travel bookings online."
Serko is part of the disruption, so unlikely to be hurt (agree with sb9 here.)

Yes, failure to adopt new way of doing things especially in the digital space would be catastrophic for businesses.
Notwithstanding that, I'm picking $4 price point might come into play today.
