CTD - sold down to $13.57 on the announcement, bounced back to $17.10 and finished flat at $16.21!

Looks like a few holders in CTD really took fright and selling down so sharply to leave more than 20% on the table!

Everyone is pretty aware that there's a couple of lines of stock for sale by management/director - around 350k shares (my estimate).

It will get done at a level and we will see the usual rebound.

I had to do the same today. Probably wish I had gone bold, but still a bit of doubt it will hold up this side of the release of financials so there might be a bottom we haven't yet seen.

lets see. lower end of guidance. that isnt really that bad, its not like they provided a downgrade.
lets be a little rationale here. is serko the only company affected by current tailwinds? no
is Europe and USA venture the current underpinning growth strategy? Yes
Will corporate travel disappear as an entity? No
Will people use a new product because of the coronovirus to undertake corporate travel? No
