Can the NZX sort out their disclosure rules and other stuff related to regulation? I note we are viewed as an honest country but because of stuff like this, I think it is under reported.
The NZX is a backyard operation and we are viewed as a financial backwater.
Stuff like this doesnt enhance our reputation.

Bear in mind the interview and article in AFR which were posted here 2 days ago, recommending Serko.

No I am pointing at Serko and the NZX. Serko for not doing a joint announcement with their US partner and NZX for not enforcing rules.

What was the market sensitive information that Serko didn't announce to the NZX? The press release balance posted was hardly sensitive information.

I'm pretty sure the info' in the article has been released previously as I recall reading similar words some time ago, not sure where, so DYOR.
Today was a welcome upwards blip in the SP and as said my post#670 I expect more upward movement yet. Fasten your seat belts!

Fair point, Schrodinger.
Kinda leaves one wondering maybe that the deal is not that material (from a Serko point of view) but a great deal from its US partner's perspective?

Anticipation of a good end of year result I’d guess. Someone thinks they are under represented.
