but I stayed strong and in fact topped up in 2017 again. I told myself that nothing has changed in the reasons why I initially bought it and it was the market that was wrong. I feel vindicated now

I sold just a few to rebalance my portfolio but have kept most of my holding which I added to over the last 4 years. I hope it was you who bought those few of mine.

Hope you don't mind if I briefly go off-topic. What does your financial advisor think what you need for retirement? My goal is to be mortgage free and have minimum 300k. That's just for me. No kids. At the moment I'm on track.

I'm a simple man. Financially if I don't have to worry about housing, where to get my next meal from, can pay bills on time and have money for the occasional travel then I'm content and happy.

His advice was a million in consumable equity. But as you say it all depends on when you want to retire, how much you want to live on, and what your family situation is.

Are we going to hit $10 by Friday? Not that I am impatient or anything.
Although in the unlikely event we can extrapolate the past 2 years 50c to $4 forward 2 years we are looking at $32 which would do nicely.

I think that this is a very tedious way to accumulate SKO stock for a wanting insto S Her two or three cents increments at a time considering some posters are calling this a ten dollar share sometime in the future , why not bite the bullet and line wipe up to $5.00 and then make a market stand for whats needed/wanted !!!!
