Result looked on track to me and commentary is all solid, so not sure why this has slipped so far back again of late. Possibly just lack of liquidity and concern that the convertible note will still convert. Has been trading as low as 4.9cps, but currently at 7cps.

Myself and a colleague sat down with the CEO and the then CFO a bit over 12 months ago. The reason we did was because the company had changed management and appeared to be headed in the right direction.

I was very impressed with the new CEO Peter White. He had done a great job turning a huge cloister ****
into a business that was scratching out a minimal profit. The plan for future was for a rollup in the sector. Now getting into a rollup in the early stages can be every rewarding so we left the meeting with the idea that we would be contacted if and when they needed capital and we would have a look at what they proposed.

The concerns we had to look at if the needed capital were, 1) exposure to the mining sector 2) liquidity and 3) convertible notes.

As it turned out they have only made a paltry acquisition since then that they funded that from cash so not sure where this company is headed.

As for the 2014 accounts, sure they made $1.3M NPBT and they wont pay tax anytime soon, but nearly $1.1M of that profit was from government handouts in one form or the other so it actually wasn't a great result. The mining slow down has hurt them in 2014 for sure and that may hang around for awhile.

    Cheers

Have bought DLA Environmental, a 15 year old business @ 3 times Target EBIT of $918,000. S/P 7.4c. Great growth/feel good sector to keep adding to.

Yep good little acquisition for them, and they are paying the right price, If they keep that up they have a high chance of pulling things off.....I don't usually like debt funded acquistions but with interest rates so low it makes sense as on a risk adjusted basis the cost for debt if far lower than cost of equity in this current crazy world!

I'm not sure what is holding the share price back. Maybe "overhang" from the convertible notes? Even allowing for convertible notes, this one seems a good prospect for a micro-cap in my opinion.

Yes, that was an interesting announcement, although reading the specifics of the application, I find it hard to see there being a lot of revenue in it for a single deployment - would think they would need quite a lot of contracts this size to build serious revenue from it.
