    Hi All

    First post

Have traded AJX before when it was in an uptrend.

Noticed it shot through support today on the quarterly.

I often see some stocks gap through support and snap back - leading to a false move. They then rally hard into a new uptrend. (FBU Feb 16 a great example)

This could play out in AJX if it can close up and go green tomorrow. Great Risk/Reward play.

Have a look at the chart.

    Disc: No position

Nope , AJX has continued down despite at least one good announcement.I put it in the same basket as EDE(concrete additive) also dropping daily atm.No idea why although I'm hearing manipulation happening here being at least part of the reason. Still holding free carried shares in both.

Manipulation on AJX? Why and to what effect?

Planned trade didn't work out. The charts tell the story.

I buy stocks from consolidation patterns

    I always use stop losses

I lose money 50% of the time

This is one eyeopener re managing a company. Ex Employee(Shusta) takes AJX to court. Check out the communications ; not very flattering Link may or may not work. https://www2.greenvillecounty.org/.../PIImageDisplay.aspx...

Saw this awhile ago thanks to a facebook group - it was taken down from HC.

Not flattering at all - if thats how you manage a company I don't have much faith in your ability to retain good talent.

Amazing what people are really like behind closed doors.

I don't really speak legalese but from what I can see it's just that there are some tears after a game of musical chairs. Or what do or did I miss here?

From page 30 onwards is correspondence between Nicholas Clarke and various people via email.
