    Syndicated property investment but instead of a commercial property, it will buy 10 residential.

    Will be interesting to see if this takes off - I cant see it happening.

    Not dumb at all - think of all those lovely setup, management and maintenance contracts, and of all those lovely fees rolling in. Yummy ! ! !
