Regarding their US listing, as they are already listed in Aus/NZ, will they have to delist in one of these before their US listing? Which one, if so?

It depends on how many shares are considered free, i had a feeling (can't find any evidence to back myself up thou ) it was fairly closely held which will count against PPH.
