Hopefully he will continue to Supreme Court
I really hope so and hope he sues for well in excess of face value of what he would have earned under his illegally cancelled contract.
When he wins I hope heads roll at RA and Qantas.

But Qantas have done nothing wrong in applying the golden rule. 'He who has the gold, makes the rules'.

A $4m contract is a big deal. RA should hope that their legal team is at the top of their game.

NRL has said that Folau would not be welcomed back as they have an inclusivity test too. Folau had previously switched from League to Australian Rules before changing to Rugby Union.

An Australian sports journalist has suggested that Folau wanted to quit Rugby prior to his latest posting on sinners. Was he trying to bait RA to sack him?

Would straight or conservative Christian journos be somehow less influenced by their backgrounds?

True, To uncover out any hidden motives, you need good investigative journalists.
Both sides are in PR over-drive as Folau is in and was in when he made his posting.

If all he wanted was to get out he would have taken the 7 figure sum he was offered (1 or 2 million depending on which fiction writer you are reading). The same fiction writers who when the story first broke were assuring us that Folau had broken his social media clause...you know....the one that didn't exist.

Looks like he's gearing up to take RA to the cleaners. Good stuff and I wish him well.
