    You are right - despite the recent drop - a forward PE of 27 in combination with a EPS forward CAGR of 10 looks still pretty dear. Even dearer than the big international ERP giant SAP (With a forward PE of 22.5 and a EPS forward CAGR of 12; And nobody knows what BREXIT will do to GTK if and when it happens ;

    Mind you - there are more expensive companies currently on the NZX which are maintaining an uptrend - must be one of these "the market is always right" situations.

    Discl: decided to watch the recent downtrend from the sidelines and not yet back in;

    The large number of acquistions which could go wrong put me off.

    “There appears to be a market awareness that the size of this repayment ($922 million) will make it hard to for investors to find alternate investments. “
    To clarify, UDC have been repaying investments as they mature for a few months now but are offering deposit on their Call A/c meanwhile. What their plans are here haven't been stated but arguably the "surplus cash effect" on the market is already being felt, to some extent.

    Yes, no big surprises there as expected. Pass mark in my books.

    Results might not be that bad however for the little growth of 5% in revenue GTK has a very high P/E of 30 something.
    I think the current share price is hard to justify for the limited growth this company is producing at present.
