Great to see two tribes go to war over this stock. Its great information. Great entertainment. And surely, a great chance to make money? Yes/no?

At what point would you mpg naysayers buy in? There must be a price when you look at this falling star and hum, put it in your pocket, save it for a profitable day? (Perry Como, 1957)

Would you buy in at a buck, 90c, 80c, no c?

This rabbit caught in the headlights is rooted to the spot. A pair of Ray Bans would come in handy to turn a big red arrow back up and green.

    I brought into TGH,EVO,NZM.
None of them did what they said they would do.
    So sold..Gone.
Earlier on this thread I said I would wait for the result, before deciding whether or not to buy MPG.Saved myself a lot of money.
I brought into HBL.Did what they said they would do.Brought more, then more, then more.
TRA.On each positive news have brought more, then more, then more.
In Aussie I brought into AQZ,ATL,LOV,PGC.On each positive result I have brought more, then more.
I really love adding to companies I already own.
I try to have only winners in my portfolio.I sell the underperformers,so I would doubt I would ever buy MPG,MVN FBU, STU.or the companies I sold TGH,EVO.A big maybe with NZM.

I agree that in normal circumstances one would think somewhere around here or certainly by $1.05 at 10%, that would get the dividend hounds interested but I for one will continue to play possum at this stage.
You can always tell a management accountant from a financial accountant by their rounding differences 😂

Best then to stay away from glass.
    Safer investments elsewhere.

4 Traders Average target price now $1.39. It was $1.57
I would be happy if it gets to $1.39 over the next 12 months.

Rounding to two figures is good enough for me... If having to fight one's self around more than that to understand whether there is a profit or not.

    Move on...

Disc. Bought.. Sold .. Lost brokerage only..

My purchase price was $1.355 on 19th June, so after dividends I have suffered a 17% loss (at yesterdays close of $1.09).
Therefore a price of $1.39 over 12 months would see a return to a 5% plus any dividends to come.
Not a great return but better than my present loss.
There is still the possibility it may not recover, but being the largest glass supplier in NZ I think there is a good chance of getting back to $1.39.
