Good work mate and as you suggest it is not the doomsday scenario the market seems to think it is.

Agreed. So that's one disaffected fund manager down and one, (Milford) to go and then its clear sailing ahead.

That would make them worth $1.17 each now.

Different methodology but essentially the same answer.

    Not really doomsday

Just the market reacting to new expectations not that clearly set out by the company

I think the market getting a bit bored with all those fancy slides they churn out with very little financial / operational detail.

They still seem to be in IPO mode - telling a fantastic story to implore punters to buy the new toy on the block - the seduction not working.

Anybody keeping an eye on those new apartments being built at Alexandra Park - any glass going in yet?

Pricing was pretty sharp on that contract I'm told.

Always exciting when a high flier with a strategic growth path laid out for all to see becomes just a punters plaything

It could go anywhere in the short term ....but remember medium to long term it is the instos / fund managers who will dictate the price.

hope you been buying on way down ....once it does turn it will rocket up ...fast ...and there won't be any sellers ...and the real bargain will only be a bargain
