I did, and I'm keeping a watch on it getting cheaper. If it does I'm more than happy to average down - plenty of long term potential value in this stock.

Bought none today, glad its at the days low and waiting to pounce when hits $1. Bad money after good? Escalation of commitment FTW.

The hound continues to embrace his inner possum. We have at least one more disaffected institution, (Milford) to clear off before this gets any SP traction.

A tentative punt at 107 for myself. Looking purely to cash in on a small bounce.

My experience of the commercial construction industry is to head to asia for curtain walling. And any large scale residential developer could well see opportunities abroad. Particularly with modular housing etc...bulk buy standard sizes and so on.

And we're not at the best end of the residential boom.

A lot of talk about new housing in all these pre-election shenanigans... residential building growth is far from over.

Yeah no doubt new houses will be built. But I don't see it as growth. A continuation of the existing is about all I can see. Not many indications for any significant growth nationally.

But having said that I did invest today...mainly because I like a low price!
