Growing organically and by acquisition
Increasing future profitability
Disruptive technology ? in a mature market
If an investor wants to buy it has very low share TO & will need to pay up.Hence increasing share vol & share price.It will be interesting to see how big the investor is.
I see this is being added to the NZX50 with effect from closing match of trade this Friday 21 December. We might see some interesting price action in the closing match process seeing as this is fairly illiquid ! Disc: Because transparency is so "on trend" on ST now I will disclose I have taken a small position this morning.
