Saw in some article today that ARV likely to double its profit in the next few years

    That be good

We’ll be grateful for the $1.85 shares then

Sounds interesting. Do you still have a link to the article?

    Excerpt:-

Forsyth Barr noted four Arena villages had remedial work outstanding with historical water tightness issues. So a cost estimation of about $55m had already been accounted for in the CBRE valuation.

UBS believes Arvida's underlying EBITDA should double in the next four years due to it developing about 300 new units annually and solid resale gains.

I'm starting to get to like ARV .. been a while since had a liking for Rest Home Co's riding out of the Covid dip

mind you MET & OCA were major distractions & since then ARV seem to come to the fore

All quiet on the ARV ST front.

Offer site is up and running. Has anyone done the deed yet? Who's bidding for extras in the shortfall build?

Current SP means $1.85 is less of a discount but if you compare with a couple of weeks back when the SP was over $2.10 it looks reasonable.

I will be taking up my full allocation and will consider bidding for additional shares closer to the close.
