Beagle, I fare you, me and many others did buy that story hook line and sinker ….should have stayed with my gut feel that ARV will always be a sector under performer …financially and share price wise

So two duds in OCA and ARV eh …..wonder if it double the anguish …..or two lots of a bit of anguish.
OCA free carry for me so that helps ease the pain a bit. My Mum used to be in the Peninsula Club and really enjoyed a good 11.5 years there and made many friends...put some of the money she left me back in there via ARV seeing as some of it came from there...seemed like nice symmetry. What could possibly go wrong lol

ARV share price sinks into the 160’s

What did those really cheap ones cost in the capital raise? Glad I didn’t take up the offer.

Blackrock selling that stake. I should have known better. Got bamboozled by all the eps accretive talk. eps accretive talk to a Beagle is like waving a chocolate bar under his nose...I find it hard to sniff out any B.S. attached to it. Got me good, hook, line and sinker, ouch !!

You should have listened ..... nothing has ever been accretive with Arvida over the years .... zillions of new share with diminishing returns

Surprised they haven't come out with an update --- underlying earnings cant possibly be coming in with what they said they were comfortable with at the cap raise time ..... surely disclosure rules apply here
