New target price by forsyth yesterday... of $1.74 they say... that's nearly 28% higher than the current share price... crazy stuff, they might as well make it $5 as Mr Market doesn't care what Forsyth reckon.

EPS growth higher than any others in the sector for FY20 they say, pretty bold statement to make... even the Net Asset Value (ie "rock bottom value" of $1.38) is higher than the current share price (I think ARV only listed operator to have a share price lower than their NAV)

What a dog ol' ARV is, boring double digit EPS and dividend growth in the year(s) ahead... not sure why it has tanked big time from $1.40 (a record high) to $1.37 (near a record high)

Look at that, just as sum were panicking about ARV's share price, ARV back to a record high of $1.40 (not sure how many other operators are trading today at a record high?).
Ex dividend on Monday so will probably tank big time from $1.40 to $1.37.

Finished very well today. Not a lot of supply at the end of the day. Could be interesting tomorrow?

    That 140 huge resistance though

I reckon it will remain that way for some time

    No breakout in foreseeable future

How’s that for a a bit of contrarian wishful thinking ramping ...

Glad I got those shares at $1.15 not that long back... but it was Scary stuff when it tanked to $1.37 a short time ago... $1.42 now... and yes, ex dividend (1.45 cents) recently as well making $1.42 even more bigly.... only another +30 cents or so before we hit Forsyth's 12 month price target.

Just had a look at the other 4 operators... NZX website saying all of them (but ARV) in the red over the past 52 weeks.

Hey winner, I thought $1.40 was big resistance? Now people are having to line up at $1.40...

    Close 139

    Still haven’t had a close above 140

Maybe tomorrow is the big day.

Was surprised it "tanked" down to $1.39 on the close today... was at $1.41 most of the day.
NZX 50 going down 2% probably didn't help things.

You were right winner... while sum were going down or flat, ARV finished in the green and above $1.40 for the first time
Bit boring ARV... it is either kinda flat or goes up (and pays a good dividend)... much more exciting to rocket up, then pull back massively, then cross our fingers it starts crawling back up again.
