    Arvida will do okay going forward. Those new villages they've acquired are very nice and will give the company directors a good template to roll out going forward.
    Building a fancy care centre in Queenstown with Otago shiest and cedar (to fit into the environment), won't be cheap though...

    Probably not - just a re-rating to a valuation that is 'more reasonable' (as I have previously mentioned).

    Still a while to go before we get to Forsyth's $1.74.
